Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Serves 12

3/4 cup Sophia Roasted Red Peppers
2 cans Sophia Chick Peas, drained & rinsed
1/4 cup Sophia Tahini
12 tablespoon Sophia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 teaspoon Sophia Lemon Juice
1 1/2 teaspoon Sophia Chopped Garlic
1/4 tablespoon Sophia Atlantic Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Pinch of cumin

In an electric food processor, combine roasted peppers, chick peas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, cumin, and salt. Pulse a few times to dice the chick peas. With the processor running, pour in the olive oil and process until smooth. If too thick, add water.

Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped roasted red peppers and olive oil. Serve with Sophia Crostini.
